Please note that all tickets to the In Spite of Everything, YES Ltd. event are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:


In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. utilises a dynamic pricing structure and as such the price of a particular ticket may change. The price paid at the time of booking is final and non-negotiable.

In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. reserves the right to introduce offers and price changes without prior notice. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order.

Tickets are sold for private use only and are not for resale for commercial gain to the holder. If we have reason to believe that tickets are being re-sold we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the performance. In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. are not  responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Duplicates may be issued at our discretion.

All tickets are sold subject to In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd’s right to alter the advertised programme without prior notification.

These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchanges and Refunds

In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. regrets that tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a cancelled event.

In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. regrets that tickets cannot be transferred between event dates, and all bookings are final.

Cancellation and rescheduling of the events. Please note that once purchased, tickets are non-refundable unless In Spite of Everything, Yes Ltd.:

(a) cancels the event; or
(b) reschedules it to another date and you decide not to retain your booking for such rescheduled date.

In both situations (a) and (b) listed above, should you opt for a refund then only the face value of the ticket will be refunded to you. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or the details are significantly changed we will contact you as soon as possible by email using the details you have supplied. If you do not receive this notification because you have not updated the email address that we hold for you, we cannot be held liable. If an event has been cancelled, should you wish to claim a refund then you must contact us within 2 WEEKS of the date we send the email informing you of cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt if you do not notify us that you want to claim a refund, or you do not notify us within the times set out above, you will be deemed to have chosen to retain your original tickets and you will not be entitled to a refund.

The Event

The management reserves the right to refuse admission. In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds, including for health and safety, licensing reasons, or where we believe other users’ comfort, enjoyment or security may be affected and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.

From time to time events are cancelled without notice and In Spite Of Everything, YES Ltd. does not accept liability to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price and any booking fees.

Disabled ticket holders are entitled to one free carer ticket, provided they hold a valid Freedom Pass (or the equivalent thereof). Please contact the Event Provider on access@citynights.london for more information before booking and to raise specific issues.

The venue and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Please note that some uneven floors and set design elements may require additional guidance for a wheelchair user. All accessibility details will be emailed prior to the event.

The event is strictly for guests aged 18+ and the Event Provider will operate a strict ID policy. To gain access to the event ticket holders must produce a valid form of photographic identification. Accepted forms of identification are UK/EU/International Passports, National Identity Cards and Valid Driving Licenses. Please note that only original documents will be accepted as proof. Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted to the event as a result of failure to provide acceptable identification.

Food and/or drink is not permitted to be brought on to event site. Only items purchased on the event site may be consumed on the event site. Patrons with specific dietary requirements must notify the Event Provider ahead of their attendance via email to hello@citynight.london.

The Event Provider is not liable for any damage or loss you suffer at the event (including without limitation personal injury or damage to or loss of property) save to the extent caused by the negligence of the Event Provider or its staff. The Event Provider’s liability in respect of loss or damage caused by its own negligence shall be limited to the price paid for entry to the event but for the avoidance of doubt this limit shall not apply to the Event Provider’s liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Event Provider or its staff.
